Meet the Team
Executive Director
Teuta Beselica-Berbati is a seasoned development leader with over 25 years of experience in civil society, democratic governance, public administration reform, and EU integration across Southeast Europe and beyond. Since 2023, she has led the Business Consultants Council (BCC) as Executive Director, guiding its strategic direction, strengthening the consultancy profession, and promoting it as a driver of sustainable development in Kosovo and the wider region.
She has successfully managed large, multi-country programs funded by the EU, USAID, FCDO, GIZ, EBRD, and UN agencies, leading teams, building partnerships, and delivering impactful reforms in governance, institutional capacity building, education, energy and policy dialogue. Alongside her role at BCC, Teuta serves as a volunteer in many organisationss, contributing her leadership to both professional and civic initiatives.
Teuta holds a Master of Science in Executive Leadership and Management in Services from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and a New Zealand Diploma in Business from Auckland University of Technology. Fluent in English and Albanian, proficient in German and Serbian, she brings strong cross-cultural and international experience to her work as a dual citizen of New Zealand and Kosovo.
Her vision is to position Kosovo’s consultancy sector as a competitive, globally recognized hub of expertise, fostering innovation, inclusive growth, and empowering consultants to be agents of positive change.
Project Manager
Pylljon Nura is a Certified Management Consultant® and Project Manager at the Business Consultants Council in Kosovo. With 10 years of experience, he led programs that help businesses and consultants build practical skills in management and digital transformation.
He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at European Business University of Luxembourg (EBULUX).
Pylljon is an ISO 20700 practitioner, possessing a global credential that highlights the skills and abilities in management consultancy.
He has 5 years of experience in roles of Trainer and Mentor in Leadership Development and Advocacy, with project funded by USAID, GIZ, Friedrich Ebert Stiftung and United Nations.
Pylljon is fluent in English, and he brings non-formal education experiences in international level such as Willem C. Vis Arbitration Moot, School of Politics, Political Academy, and YMCA Global Change Agents program.
